Patriotic Picks for your 4th of July Picnic

4th of July· At Home· Entertaining· Lifestyle· Seasonal & Holidays

26 Jun

Independence day is likely to look a little different this year.  As we continue to navigate life through the pandemic, even though many places have begun to open back up, many traditional 4th of July events have been cancelled so many of us are forced to celebrate at home.  That doesn’t mean your celebrations can’t be festive and fun so today I’ve rounded up some of my favorite picks for your 4th of July Picnics.

Spirited Party Decor

These patriotic paper fans are a super inexpensive way to add flair to any 4th of July picnic.    They are super easy to assemble and they can go anywhere.  Hang them from the ceiling of an EZ_up or from your porch trim or even from tree branches.  No special equipment or materials required!  Paper Fans $7.59

Gingham Tablecloth

Checked tablecloths have a sort of vintage charm that work perfectly for any patriotic picnic but they are equally as great for any picnic throughout the summer.  Set of 4, disposable tablecloths $10.99

Red Metal Picnic Cooler

Keep drinks “cool” with a retro inspired metal cooler.  AVailalbe in red, blue and green, this adorable cooler reminds me of vintage coolers from the 40s or 50s but is made for today.  This smaller size makes it super portable for keeping your food and drinks cold for the day.  Metal cooler:  $49.99

Star Lanterns

This adorable lantern set comes in several colors and have cute star details perfect for lighting hte way long after sunset.  Set of two lanterns:  18.99

Patriotic Paper Straws

Add a festive touch to your summer drinks with these fun and festive paper straws. this is a super inexpensive way to add a little patriotic flair to any Independence Day picnic or party. 100 Paper Straws: $7.47

UsA cutting board

This adorable bamboo cutting board makes the perfect patriotic serving tray without going over the top. Bamboo USA Cutting Board: $19.93

Retro Bar Cart

This vintage inspired serving cart is great for patio parties because it will hold up to the weather. It also works great as either a serving cart for hauling all your goodies from the house or opt to set it up as a mini mobile bar cart. And if red isn’t your thing, it also comes in a number of other colors too. Vintage Bar Cart: $95.31

Adirondack Table

When hosting family and friends outside, having some extra folding tables for placing drinks and food, gives your guests options if they don’t fit at the table. These cute Adirondack tables will work after the part of fun and portable side tables for lounging in the yard and they come in a ton of colors to fit your decor. Adirondack Table: $42.87

Melamine Dinnerware Set

Melamine dinnerware is perfect for eating outside. They are lightweight and durable meaning they wont break if dropped. I love this blue and white pattern because with the right decor, they can feel patriotic and festive for the 4th but they wont seem out of place any other time of year. Melamine Dinnerware Set: $39.95

Patriotic String Lights

When the party lasts well into the evening, you’ll need lights to keep things festive. These fun and adorable star lights add just enough light and before it gets dark they only add to the decor. Star String Lights: $23.09
