With the living and dining spaces just about ready for furniture, B and I have been slowly collecting furniture and decor to hopefully soon move into the cottage. We’ve been thrifty about our collection, gathering a mix of old and new that we think will make the cottage feel more homey when we do move in.
Our most recent addition to our collection is a couch for the living area thanks to the smart yard sale shopping by my mother-in-law. It’s a mix of wood and white fabric, the perfect backdrop for lots of fun printed pillows.
Now that we have the perfect sofa, I feel more comfortable seeking out a coffee table.
Because the sofa has a wood frame and white fabric, and because we have so much white everywhere else, I’m really wanting a coffee table with a natural finish, maybe even something with a little texture to contrast with all the painted surfaces.
When I think of coastal style furniture, I think of natural finishes, weathered or bleached woods or raw materials. I tried to find some affordable options that have those qualities plus with all the straight lines of everything else, I’m really wanting something with curves.
Below is a round up of what I’ve found. Coastal style coffee tables that are beautiful and affordable.
Beautiful and Affordable Coastal Style Coffee Tables
For now, this is my short list of coastal style coffee tables. I’m still undecided on what option is going to work best for our space but I’m leaning toward the Beachcrest option from Wayfair because it’s round and I love the price. Not sure if the color will work though. I’d love to get your thoughts or hear about any other options you may know of before settling on something.
