The pandemic has issued in a whole new world of casual fashion. What once was mostly reserved for lounging at home has become the new uniform for so many of us. While my day-to-day life hasn’t changed all that much during COVID having always worked from home, I’ve definitely taken my casual work attire to a whole new level this past year.
With the promise of spring around the corner, I’m finding myself wanting to put a little more effort into my daily outfits. Some days I still prefer to spend the day in yoga pants or my favorite joggers and I’ve been realizing that my limited options are leaving those pieces looking a little worn and tired.
I’ve not been a regular shopper of Old Navy in some time but I was hoping to find some affordable pieces to add to my wardrobe for spring. I have always loved their flip flops for the beach, but it hasn’t been at the top of my list of places to go when I needed to add to my wardrobe. Honestly I’ve not shopped much anywhere in person or online in a year.

Row 1: High Waisted Ripped Jeans | High Waisted Black Ankle Jeans | Sky Hi Button Fly Jeans
Row 2: Twill Utility Camp Shirt | Linen Blend Utility Shirt | Go Warm Cropped Sweatshirt
Row 3: Terry Sweatpants | Vintage Crew-Neck Sweatshirt | Oversized Sweatshirt
Row 4: Racerback Performance Tank | High Waisted Crop Leggings | Mesh Trim Leggings
The items that I own were purchased entirely by me. I am not receiving any compensation in any way for sharing these items with you.
It’s still a bit cold here for short sleeves but I wanted a mix of items that can be layered to wear now and later as it warms up. I also wanted a mix of work appropriate options and more casual pieces. I’ve also included a few active wear items which have been high on my list lately as I’ve been starting a new workout routine.
Even as a curvy girl, I’ve loved my skinny jeans but it looks more and more like they are going “out” and a more straight and wide-leg look is returning. I’m not ready to get rid of the skinny jeans entirely but I’m loving trying some new styles that feel fresh for spring.
What have you been on the hunt for lately? Any favorites from Old Navy?
